Return - Exchange Policy

When receiving purchased products, customers are responsible for checking the quantity and quality of the products. In case of any problem in terms of the quality or quantity of any received product received, please contact our hotline in the US at (415) 666-2765 or in Canada at (604) 217-8238 for handling within 48 hours upon such receipt.

  • Within 7 days upon receipt: any product that has not been opened and used can be returned for refund.

  • Within 14 days upon receipt: any product that has not been opened and used can be exchanged for its replacement only.

  • Within 14-30 days upon receipt: depending on the actual situation, if we agrees to recover the product, we may charge a Restocking Fee equal to 25% of the value of the product (fee for recovering and storing the product back on the shelf)

  • After 30 days upon receipt: we may refuse to handle any situation

The date of receipt of an order is the date associated with the tracking number of that order marked as "delivered".

In case of any replacement or return that has been approved, all shipping costs of sending the products from your address to us will be borne by you.

We are not responsible for any loss of any product (including any breakage, distortion, damage) occurring when the product is sent to us for exchange or return.

Such refund or exchange amount depends on:

  • Condition of the received product

  • Quantity of the received product

Any product to be returned or exchanged must be accompanied by any relevant purchase invoice and promotional item. Any missing item related to any return or exchange will be converted at its original price excluding any promotion (including promotional items and giveaways).

For complaints of any missing or damage to any product sent to Vietnam, your family in Vietnam can contact our hotline in Vietnam at (028) 7300-4774; otherwise, you can contact us through our hotline in the US at (415) 666-2765 or our office phone number in Canada at (604) 217-8238. We will send additional items (in case of missing ones), or replacements (in case of any damage). You can immediately receive any product that is available in Vietnam. Otherwise, it may take some time for us to send such additional items or replacements to you from the US/Canada.
